Phase 1 (July 2021 - October 2021) - The Dragon's Lair and Tiny Dragon NFTs

• Yield Farm: Launch a yield farm to distribute DREGG. Peak TVL of US$7 million.

• NFT Series: Launch Tiny Dragons, our first-generation utility NFTs. All 1000 were minted using $DREGG and sold out in roughly 11 minutes.

• Dragon Fire Lottery: Launch Dragon Fire Lottery, where all lottery fees are paid in DREGG and automatically burned.

• NFT gaming: Launch Tiny Dragons Arena, our first mini-game where players can use DREGG to upgrade their Tiny Dragons and battle in the arena for valuable loot. 80% of fees used in upgrading the Dragons are burned, and 20% while the remaining 20% is used for marketing and partnerships. 80% of the costs for entering the Tiny Dragons Arena are used as rewards for winning, and 20% are burned.

Phase 2 (October 2021 - December 2021) - Aurum

• Transition to Phase 2: Launch native swap and liquidity transfer. Holders swap DREGG to DCAU.

• Autocompounding vaults and platform redesign: Implemented our fully-audited auto-compounding lockers. Revamped platform interface in preparation for launching the first chapter of our text-based RPG: The Legend of Aurum Draconis.

• Marketing and partnerships: Stepped up marketing and partnership efforts and secured partnerships with well-known ecosystem players.

• Game development and alpha testing: Designing and coding game elements, commence alpha tests of The Legend of Aurum Draconis.

Phase 3 (January 2022 - Present) - Argenti

Q3-Q4 2022

• Transition to Phase 3: Launch of DCAR IDO

• Deploy tokenomics for The Legend of Aurum Draconis: DCAU used to purchase Hero NFTs and Equipment NFTs. DCAR is used for crafting, yield generation, game rewards, and the currency of our in-game resource marketplace, with much more to come.

• Game launch of The Legend of Aurum Draconis on FUJI Testnet: extensive Beta testing on FUJI and bug bounty.

• Bug Bounty

• Enhanced RPG experience for The Legend of Aurum Draconis:

  • Daily quests.

  • Resource gathering, including mining and woodcutting.

  • 2D animated battle screen.

  • Enhanced bank and treasury system.

  • Complete blueprint and crafting system.

  • Pet integration (Tiny Dragons and partners)

Q1 - Q4 2023

• March 2023: Game launch on Avalanche C-chain

• Liquidity Provision Boost: Users can swap DCAU-USDC/AVAX LP and DCAR-USDC/AVAX LP tokens in our in-game bank to acquire DCAR at a discount. DCAR can be staked to earn platform revenues in both DCAR and DCAU.

• Enhanced RPG and PVP experience for The Legend of Aurum Draconis:

  • Advanced map with greater character control.

  • Main and additional quest plot lines.

  • PVP Arena.

  • Land ownership system: own, buy and sell plots in the world.

  • Crafting aesthetic items that can be placed in your plots.

  • Earn by building forests or farms on your plot of land to generate crafting materials.

  • Earn by building passive income-generating structures on your plot of land.

Q4 2023 - Q1 2024

• Tiny Dragons Lab: Put two Tiny Dragons in the experimentation chamber to receive their attributes as special tradeable NFTs. The higher their rank, the more likely you will get their rare attributes. Combine attributes and build your ultimate Tiny Dragon.

• Tiny Dragons Adventures: Tiny Dragons can go on quests to acquire valuable loot, such as items for The Legend of Aurum Draconis and Dragon DNA used in the Tiny Dragons Lab.
